This person will support the enforcement of Social Media Governance and the roll-out of an enterprise-wide social media management tool using social media technology to audit and report on adherence to brand guidelines. We’re looking for a dynamic self-starter with an in-depth understanding of all major social platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram who feels comfortable using data to make process improvement recommendations.

Desired Experience
• 3+ years of professional work experience
• 1+ years working with a major social media publishing tool
• 2+ years of professional social media and/or marketing experience
• Strong analytical skills with thorough attention to detail
• Experience using social media management technology (Sprinklr preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
• Self-starter with the ability to jump in
• Strong organization skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
