What You’ll Do

Develop authentic, real and relatable social media content that highlights our brand story and brings customers into our restaurants.
Generate social media calendars and content that builds brand awareness and generates traffic, while supporting national marketing initiatives
Monitor 200+ social media channels. Engage in real time two-way communication with our guests online.
Actively research and build relationships with social media influencers.
Cultivate a community of influential #teafreaks who amplify our reach.
Respond to every negative comment, photo, review and post in a timely and effective manner. Turn disappointments into opportunities to wow our guests.
Track and report social media activities.
What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or related field.
Entry level position. 6 months – 1 year of relative experience.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with Google Sheets, Google Forms and Dropbox.
Passion for people and customer service combined with a high energy and creativity to spare.
Motivated to deliver above-and-beyond customer service at all times.
Proactive, self-starter with a detailed orientated mindset.
