The Dealey Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator who has experience working in the social media and digital marketing fields and loves defining successful social media practices. The qualified candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing various social media and digital marketing initiatives, managing several online communities, analyzing social media metrics, and creating and presenting client performance reports. Clients may vary over time but currently include shopping centers, cities, and restaurants. The Digital Marketing Manager will report to Account Supervisor and Digital Strategy Manager.

Bilingual Digital Marketing Manager, The Dealey Group

  • Keep existing relationships with clients steady by providing creative & strategic thinking, excellent customer service and attention to detail
  • Managing portfolio of social media accounts and engaging with online audiences, both reactively and proactively, to continuously improve online presence and sentiment for all clients
  • Correspond daily with clients to coordinate approval of content, provide custom recommendations, present progress updates, and assist with troubleshooting
  • Identify and communicate new trends and industry best practices with clients
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of functionality and best practices for all social media channels
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of paid advertising opportunities on social media channels
  • Implement strategies and tactics to meet client objectives (such as increasing reach and engagement)
  • Collaborate with various team members to ensure digital media plans are seamlessly integrated with overall marketing initiatives
  • Analyze social media metrics to create and present bi-weekly status and performance reports for clients
  • Regularly visit and collaborate with local clients to create engaging social media, website, and blog content
  • Write social media, website, ad, and blog copy
  • Create graphics and edit photos/videos for social media when needed
  • Train clients on how to use social media channels and best practices via webinars and blog posts
  • Coordinate monthly and quarterly billing for assigned clients
  • BA or BS in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant degree
  • 1+ years experience in the social media / interactive marketing industry
  • 6+ mos experience in marketing-based copywriting (social media copywriting experience a plus)
  • Working knowledge of functionality and basic best practices for all social media channels
  • Experience managing email campaigns and/or website updates a plus
  • Passion for using social media channels
  • Bilingual and able to read, write and speak Spanish proficiently
  • Superb communication and grammatical skills
  • Ability to scale in a rapidly evolving work environment
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent logic, reasoning skills, and savvy marketing abilities
  • Positive attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and work-hard/play-hard mentality
  • Team player who is motivated to help others on projects as needed
